I have a 99 mercury grand marquis with about 115k miles. We just put 2k into a whole new suspension and all new steering parts except the gear box. The car now clunks from time to time when turning the wheel left. What could be causing this? Its driving me nuts.

Somebody did something wrong. It has to be gone over again to find the mistake.
