The car has been sat for 6 months (I was on holiday), will not start, I charged the batteries but it still didn’t start, then the car was being recovered to local Motorline Toyota Gatwick, after 7 weeks they confirmed they can’t fix the car as there was no error codes on their system. They said no error codes on the computer. when press the brake pedal and start button, all dashboards powers up, says ready to start, but when pressed the Start button nothing happens and wouldn't start. Very strange. Any advise would be really helpful, thank you!

Take it to a competent mechanic who actually knows what they're doing.

Yes, I did it. I took it to the Toyota Main Dealer but they couldn't fix it as there no error codes on their diagnostic computer. I also tried with another Prius Plus electrical but he couldn't either.

Yeah she really need a specialized guy to work on the spot realize one thing if your small battery in the trunk is no good the car will not start. Princess that because if it is the main battery you need a Prius mechanic because they have a special machine to recharge the main battery if it's flattened out from sitting so long. That one can't be charged by some clown who doesn't know anything about Priuses and doesn't have the equipment

Thank you for your reply and advise. OK, I'll try to find some Prius mechanic and tell them about the battery you mentioned. The vehicle never ever had any issues before, the only thing I did, I parked the car on my drive way for 6 months, and the 7th months I came back from vacation, charged the battery and tried to start it, the all dashboard lights came as should be with a READY to start message, when I pressed the START button, nothing happened. Very strange. The Toyota main dealer and another Prius mechanic here in London so far didn't succeed to fix the car, all they said was no error code and we don't know where to start to look for the error in the car.
