Have a 1999 tacoma 3.4 v6 with around 230k miles. 5 speed manual. That starts up but then instantly stalls out. Issue started as a cylinder 6 misfire. Changed the ignition coil, Spark plugs and wires. And now has that start/stall issue. Any suggestions

If you remove the MAF sensor and start the truck, does it stall again?

Air - fuel - spark - check them all. If it's shutting off that quickly, I would suspect electrical. Load test the battery and check alternator output when off and idling, if you can get it running.
