1999 Volvo S70 needs a head gasket
Hello, I have spent already over $3000 in new parts into my Volvo. My husband says to junk it, but I say invest another $1400 - $2000 and the car will practicably be new. It has approx 140,000 miles, automatic. Scotty, in your opinion, should I just junk it or spend the money and fix it? Thank you

That depends on two things. Is it in good shape? Otherwise does the transmission shift good. And do you have a good mechanic who really knows what he's doing. Because many guys will take that engine apart and it will never run the same again. It takes a pro to do a head gasket job correctly
