So I have a very well maintained 2017!Lincoln MKZ, I recently developed a misfire in cylinder 1 p0301 I’ve done plugs and cleaned the carbon of the backside of the intake valves, and still the misfire continues, any ideas?

Swap the coil on cylinder#1 with another cylinder and see if the code follows. If so, you know that the coil is the issue, otherwise, you need to dig more.
Definitely already tried swapping no change

Run some fuel injector cleaner through it and give it the Italian tune up. Have you ever changed your fuel filter? It' been 5 years.
