I have kept up with oil change.  It is a work truck I pull heavy loads with it ....  I noticed some shinny slivers when I drained oil .but I filled up with fuel the other day and got on the highway I passed someone and the truck fell on its face started shaking and Making lots of clanking noises I took it to the shop without looking at it they told me the engine was blown up after he started it and rebed it up I go to pick it up and it won't turn over now just makes a clicking sound the battery has full charge i checked the oil and no oil on the dip stick and I just changed the oil  last week, but it won't start, was just wondering if u had any ideas what it may be? Thanks in advance.

Your engine is toast.

Check if the engine is locked up.

If you don't have to worry about emissions in your area I'd replace that with a 460...triton engines are just a headache.
