How do fix my misfire

Ford explorer sport trac xlt

 

Hey man I have this truck with a miss fire in the number one cylinder. I repaced spark plugs and wires. Checked cylinder compression as well.  But thecoroblem still there. Check the timing sensors too. Any idea?

Bad coil pack or fuel injector or both.
