I have a 2000 Ford F-150 160000 miles. It's making a vibration every time I start it. If I turn off the AC it stops or if I turn the wheel it stops for a moment. I can't find the problem.

Well I'd say check for broken motor mounts and transmission mounts. See my video how to replace motor mounts on your car. It shows how to test them too
