When i shift the gear to reverse it will move but it won't on drive it will just rev the rpms go up and stay still. I Wanna know why and how I can fix this?

Replace the transmission.
That's the worst-case scenario.
You could check to see if it has enough fluid and the fluid's condition, but if low enough to cause this problem the damage has probably already been done. Also before condemning the transmission you might want to check the shifter to make sure it's actually putting the transmission in Drive mode. It's also possible you have a hinky shift solenoid. You'd need a good bidirectional scan tool to test that but you could do a visual check of electrical connections to the transmission. After 23 years it's quite possible the connections have corroded or come loose.

I replaced the shift solenoid and Still nothing
If the shifter is electrical test that the contacts are working the way they should through the range of shifter positions. If it's mechanical test that the linkage from shifter to transmission is working properly
Chances are the transmission is shot but you want to eliminate other possibilities before coming to that conclusion.
