2000 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo
throwing a p1494 code, found vacuum line off got put back on still smell gas real bad, also showing misfire codes for 3 or 4 cylinders, just happened last night coming home, 186k miles, rev the engine some got lot of white smoke, am i looking a head gasket problem

Possibly. Are you losing coolant? You can use a kit to test for combustion gases in the cooling system, but that's not the only way head gaskets fail. If you're getting a lot of white smoke from a gasket failure one or more spark plugs should look "steam-cleaned".
