Bought it in 2016 with 139k mi and immediately changed out serpentine and AC alternator belts due to noise. Now only 151kmi (sits in AZ months at a time) and starting to get some belt noise again. Intermittent but I’d like to prevent anything of significance.
Best suggestions?

Well it was 8 years ago. I would just change the belt and see if it's just that and not a bearing in one of the pulleys
