Bought in 2017 and changed oil every 3kmi but nothing else other than air filters, tires and battery. It’s in AZ. No prior service records. What should I be doing for maintenance now?

If you haven't or don't know if it's been done - replace timing belt, plugs, serpentine belt, coolant, ATF. Check it stem to stern - hoses, brake pads, uneven wear on tires, shocks for leakage/function, etc. Check for any damage/problems with wheels, exhaust, heat shields, etc. Wheel bearings, boots on CV joints. There's probably a good list in your owner's manual (you can download for free at toyota.com)

I would start by replacing every single fluid in the car and I mean all of them.
