I’m looking at a 2000 nissian frontier 4cyl he wants 2500 has 103,000 miles but there A problem I see the oil dripping red light stays on does that mean it needs a oil change or something worse

What that means something worse the oil light comes on means you have low oil pressure when it's idling I would pass on that who knows what damage has already been done driving it that way
