Hello,
I have a 2015 Nissan Altima 2015 S Automatic with 98000 miles on it. Just recently the AC went out, it started blowing outside temperature air in. I checked the basic things such as the AC fuse, the AC Condenser fan and the compressor. The compressor clutch engages when the AC is on but still no cool air. I checked the pressures on the low and high side with the ac on and with car and ac off. When the AC is turned on, the compressor runs and the condenser fan is blowing and nothing is blocking the air. the pressure with an engaged compressor is 68 on the low and 200 on the high. The ambient temperature is 115 F (Arizona). The high pressure doesn't seem to go up or down and neither does the low. The compressor does not disengage at all when the AC is turned on. I am leaning towards the compressor being bad because the low pressure does seem too high and the high pressure seems a bit low with ambient temperature being so high. Please let me know if you need any more information and I really hope I can get some help on this issue. Thank you in advance.
That low side pressure is too high and high side too low for that ambient temperature. At 115 degrees you should be getting something like 55 psi on the low side and 345 psi on the high side. Could very well be a weak compressor. (Most temperature vs. pressure charts only go to 110 degrees but that's close enough to see there's a problem.) You'll want to have an AC technician confirm this. There should be plenty of them to choose from in your area!

Thank you for your help! I appreciate it
