I changed the ignition cylinder and steering wheel assembly. After doing so there was no dash lights, car will not start, checked and found the 30 AMP ign fuse was blown, after replacing, turn the key to on, the service engine soon light is solid and dont flicker but all other cluster lights flicker including the odometer. No power to Cig lighter, obd2 port or fuel pump, couldn't find anymore blown fuses
See if you can dig up a wiring diagram and check all the grounds
Double-check your work. It might be coincidental (after all the car is 23 years old) but usually if a problem develops right after doing some repair work that's where you'll find the source of the trouble.
You have to methodically re-trace your work to find your mistakes. Did you make sure to disconnect the battery before doing the work?
