My car will not start. I suspect it has jumped timing. I have verified spark and fuel.
What is the quickest, simplest and easiest way to check and/or verify timing?

Pull the inspection cover off the timing belt. If the belt is sloppy and has play in it then your assumption is probably correct. If it’s still tight or has very little play them it’s probably something else. If memory serves those are not interference engines so if it did you are not in a bad spot.
