I'm looking for a lower priced vehicle that can last and that's easy on the pockets for repairs and maintenance. I've been looking at 2001-2004 lexus GS300's. Are they expensive in repairs, maintenance and parts? Can they be good daily drivers or are they too old of a buy?

I believe the GS300s are all v6, so they are very reliable.
It's the v8 Lexus models that tend to have expensive repairs as they get old.
I think it could be a solid daily driver, just don't pay too much for it! 🙂

I would not buy it. You are looking for a car with inexpensive repairs, Lexus is not. Parts are expensive. They are quality cars but the one you are talking about is old and thing start to go out. Get a Toyota instead (Corolla or Camry).
