speedometer rpm raise up under zero when i start the car but dont move at all after that
odometer not picking up any mileage can circle threw trips but not registering any movement
no cruise control
gas and temp gauge are good
battery is fried but starts and drives
radio was replaced with aftermarket and i see that they were starting to run amp wires, radio doesnt turn on when connected, no trace of last radio
abs light is on, front left tire has needs hub replacement
windshield wipers work, turn signals dont, yet hazards do
ive checked the relay 41, it clicks
flasher relay was replaced
checked the wires and it all looks fine, cant figure it out. please help

Speedometers do not measure RPM. Tachometers do. I would start this journey by checking all your fuses and relays.
checked them, they seem fine, and it was saying the speedometer and rpm gauge both dont work
