2001 Camry 5S-FE intermittent stall when not low on fuel

I have an interesting problem.

My automatic transmission Camry has 118,000 miles. Codes thrown are P0300 & P0303.

When the fuel level is less than one third full the car runs perfectly.

After fueling the car will begin misfiring and stalling as I drive away from the gas station and continue intermittent stalling as I drive. It will alternate between stalling and surging.

After the car sits overnight even with a fuel tank the car will run well for a few miles but it will eventually start stalling again.

The lower the fuel level the less the car stalls. I try not to run blended fuel. I am running new NGK iridiums, new NGK spark plug wires and new Denso coil packs.

I would measure the fuel pressure, and then I would check the evap system. Blow out all the lines and test the valves and charcoal canister.
