2001 Camry 4 cylinder. 140,500 miles.
So I noticed when i drive the car and let go off the accelerator pedal the car keeps on driving and never slows down. It doesn't increase speed but maintains the speed where I left off the accelerator pedal. It's like the car is on cruise control all the time. I checked the cruise control and it's off. Also when I put the car in park or neutral it revs up and down multiple times from 1,000 rpm to 2,000 rpm. Inorder for it to stop I have to drive the car or turn off the car. Could it be sticking throttle body or bad accelerator throttle cable? Anything helps.

Why not check those things and find out?
