Hwy Scotty, Ive got a 2001 Camry and recently loss power to the interior fuse box but seem to have power to ignition, horn

It's likely the 100 amp ALT fuse in your engine compartment fuse box has fried.
Pop the top off of the engine compartment fuse box and look at the diagram on it for the ALT 100 amp fuse.
Don't try to just pull the fuse out. You can't. It's screwed in.
You have to remove the 2 small bolts holding in the fuse box to get to the 2 screws holding in that fuse.
It's a little tricky to explain so I found a youtube of a guy doing the job which you may find helpful.
