I ran my transmission dry of fluid and then poured stop slip in the oil on accident and now I guess I'm going to do a oil flush and my truck won't go past 30mph without the engine reving really loud and the mph decreasing while rpms are increasing drastically so what do I do now

That transmission is toast. Either install a remanufactured one if the truck is still in good shape, or send it to the scrapyard.

The fact that you were trying to put in a snake oil "stop slip" product indicates your transmission was pretty well shot to start with. Install a new transmission or buy a replacement vehicle. If you decide to replace the transmission get that gunk out of the engine as soon as possible or you'll have more expensive problems.
