I recently bought an 01 expedition with 174000 miles on it and it seems to have a rumbling exhaust and shake. Codes say cylinder 8 random misfire. I have the BlueDriver results but can’t upload pics here. I don’t personally think it’s anything more then the plugs and wires but I’m curious if you have any knowledge pertaining to this model Ford. I know they can eject plugs but I don’t feel like that’s the issue being that there is no loss of power and that it’s not extremely loud. Just a small rumble and jerk.

I would start simple myself and change the spark plugs and if it is ignition wires the wires if not I would change that one ignition on coil on that cylinder and pray it wasn't worse.
