F-150 Don't buy, your paying 60-70% of the msrp price for a truck that has 150k miles, especially a bad deal for a Ford which is known for being lower quality, though those 4X4s are pretty nice trucks.
05 F-150 Don't buy, 5.4 V8 isn't a good engine, in fact, its a horrible engine
Element Don't buy, Elements are good cars but man is that too much money for one with 270k miles
Suburban Don't even look at it at that mileage and price
Silverado Don't buy, So many miles and they still want $12k for one that is 14 years old???
96 F-150 Don't buy, its on its second engine and has nearly 1/3 million miles
03 F-150 Don't buy, Too many miles for 7 grand
Accord Maybe, it looks like a scam but if you could have a mechanic check it out then it could be a good snatch
04 Accord Maybe, price is decent a bit high mileage make sure to have a mechanic check out the transmission though
I think for the money you could get a lot lower mileage vehicles, I'd look elsewhere but of those choices the 04 Accord seems to be the most decent

The Lincoln is too old
The Camry has too many miles
Lower mileage ones would be better
