2001 Ford F150 pickup starter won't turn over even though battery is brand new and starter is fairly new. It appears that there's a switch or something in the battery circuit that won't let the juice flow to the starter once ignition key is turned to start position. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

try swapping the starter fuse and relay
