01 Ford Taurus V6 only 65,000 miles on it. Is there anything i should watch out for on these? Im just looking for a cheap highway car. Idk how much they want for it yet

I wouldn't spend any actual money on a Taurus. Just not a great vehicle.

You should look for a different vehicle
If you do decide to get the Taurus, here are some things to keep in mind:
The transmission will fail right after 100k miles
The suspension will fall apart
The engine will make weird sounds
You will have AC issues
If you are fine with all this, then sure why not. If you don't like spending $10,000 in repairs on a lawn ornament, Run Away Please!
