2001 Honda Accord Coolant Problem

Hello, I have a 2001 Honda Accord 2.3l with a manual transmission. Just hit 200k miles.

About a year ago I had the radiator and all of the holes and thermostat replaced because it was leaking. About a year after that my coolant was already low again so i refilled it and month or so later its empty again. Car leaks slight oil but havent found a coolant leak. Of it isnt leaking, can the coolant be burning up or going through the engine? Im not filling it again until I get it looked at.

If it's not leaking coolant, it is burning coolant.  Simple as that.  If you can't find a leak, the coolant is passing through the head gasket into the combustion chamber and being burnt.
