I thank everyone ahead of time. I have found a 2001 Lexus ES300 that an elderly person is selling and am interested in it.
It has 91,000 miles on it. He is the second owner and bought it eight years ago. It has been in one minor accident that was a fender bender according to him. The interior looks pretty good for its age with a thing or 2 broken here or there and the front bumper has a small dent / scratch which he is blaming his wife for creating. He explained the only reason he is selling it is because the car insurance prices are high and he now can't justify keeping a third vehicle.
The price is $2,800. Anything I should specifically ask about or look for when I go to see it? He said it drives a-ok but said to take it for a test drive for sure.
Thank you
At 23-24 years old probably too old to be a daily driver unless you plan to do your own wrenching on it. You need to have a mechanic give it a thorough inspection before purchase.
