Won't start don't know if it's anti theft or fuel pump.

That has Passlock. There's a Security light on the dash cluster. If the Passlock is accepting your key and working right the Security light will go out within 5 seconds or so after turning the key to Run.

The first thing you should do is load test the battery. If you think it's the fuel pump, when you turn the ignition to on, listen for a buzz sound. If you hear a buzz sound, the fuel pump is working. If you don't hear a buzz sound, then the fuel pump needs to be replaced.
