Not sure what is causing the bouncing, I cant see any obvious damage to the shocks, springs.

When is it bouncing? When staying still at idle? When driving at slow speeds? When going over bumps? When the car is parked and the engine is off?
going over bumps......
I tend to concur with others, it seems like it is the shocks. Any signs of leaking on the shocks?
yes they both appearbto be wet at base of the shocks....

Bouncing usually is an indication of worn out shocks.

mainly when going over bumps, railroad crossing ect.....
