I have a 2001 automatic Toyota 4Runner with about 193000 miles on it. I have been experiencing creaking and popping when turning. I have recently replaced the shocks because the left side rear was bad. I noticed the wheel bearing on the right rear is loose because the wheel will move in and out slightly from the rear differential. I know that’s a serious problem in and of itself but I tend to believe the popping noise has something to do with the stabilizer bar or something with the turning mechanism. What are your thoughts? Thanks for your time.

Sounds like you need a new CV axle/s.
PS. Get the right rear fixed too..
