I have a 2001 Toyota Camry 183,000 miles the rear brakes have plenty left as well as the front but my brakes are still squishy what can I check

Have you checked your brake fluid level? Has it ever been flushed/serviced?

You probably have the original brake fluid that came with the car. It is contaminated and needs to be flushed, refilled and bled.
Would be a good idea to check your master cylinder., too.
