Considering the age and mileage of my car and the fact that it passes smog and runs fine are these readings okay or do I need to clean some sensors?
Stft b1 -0.8 to 0.0
Ltft b1-4.7
Stft b2 -1.6
Ltft B2 -1.6
Spk adv 15.5 to 16.0
MAF 0.58 pounds per min

This data is at idle and cold start but it usually stays about the same anyways

Can you share the warmed up data?
Yes of course, probably should of did that in the first place
