Hi, Scotty I have a 2001 toyota corrola automatic with 200,000 miles on it. Is there any good fuel additives that I can use to completely clean the fuel system? Or would I have to take it to a mechanic to have it professionally done?

You can try Chevron Techron fuel additive. Is there any specific reason you want to clean it?
I would like to improve the fuel milage. I think I have all the other parts of the car in good working condition.
Try this cleaner, if it did not work, ask a mechanic to pressure clean the injectors. I think they charge around $100 for that.
