2002 Buick lesabre right blinker indicator stays on and when I use it blinks really fast. All the lights are on so it’s not a burnt bulb. What would this be?

would this be like a relay or flasher?

Could be a bad combo-flasher, which manages the current. Apparently it was discontinued: 25654870

If you recently changed the bulb to an LED, that's your problem. There is much less current flowing through an LED than an incandescent bulb. The computer "thinks" there's a light out because it relies on resistance values that have been preprogrammed into it.

If it's not that, one of the sockets in your turn signals may be starting to corrode, which will also change the resistance (it will increase it).
