Hey Scotty love watching your videos. Can you advise me on a 2002 Chevy Impala LS 3.6L, when replacing the hard plastic cooling hose on the front of the block, running from the belt tensioner assembly into the block. When removing the belt tensioner assembly to replace that plastic hose. Do I need to remove the waterpump also during this process? 🤔

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Can you post a picture of what specific part you're talking about?

I'm not aware of a 3.6L engine on this year of Impala. It came with a 3.4L or 3.8L.

replace that plastic hose

Is it broken, or what is the issue?

I'm not aware of a hard plastic cooling hose. Just soft rubber ones going to the radiator and heater.

What is the hose connected to? Do you have a photo?

Tensioners aren't water cooled.
