2002 Chrysler town and country
I’m getting ready to buy a 2002 Chrysler town and country and the owner of it has done a lot of work to it he has all the receipts and warranties and he’s done everything from engine to radiator to suspension and transmission and my real question lies on the transmission because he did a transmission flush and I know it’s not a good idea doing it but the car slightly slips from 2nd to 3rd should I be concerned about this before I buy this car or you think some transmission fluid in a new transmission filter with a fix it
Thank you
Forget it. Move on.
I would not buy it if you already can tell there is a problem with the transmission.
If the transmission is slipping I would run away from that deal.
I still drive my 04 Town and Country LX. I still have all the original parts on it and it still drives smooth at 143,000 miles.
What did he do to the vehicle in terms of maintenance and/or replacement and what is the mileage?
Mileage 258,000A/C and heater work excellently, I have receipts for all the work done in shops - and part warranty receipts for everything I’ve done myself.
