2002 Dodge Dakota, runs great, but the headlights, taillights and dome lights all flicker when the light switch is turned on. We changed the fuse and also reset it by removing the negative battery wire for 5 min and turned on the headlights to drain the capacitor. No luck. To me it’s either the headlight switch or the BCM. But we are having no other issues with any of the other electrics. Horn, windshield wipers, turn signals and radio work just fine

it's either failing bulbs, broken wires or corrosion in the socket.
