hello,Scotty I wanted to get you opinion of the 02 ford escape xlt v6 awd with 293k mi $1950,my kido has her heart set on it looks great no ckeck engine lights are on,inside an out are great shape but as a subscriber to your youtube channel I wanted an honest opinion before she spends her money..thank you

Well they can be okay vehicles but with that mileage you basically flirting with disaster it might last a little while but they only last so long in that one's obviously near the end of its life span

293,000 miles for that Ford - I would pass on it. I agree with Scotty, it is past its useful lifespan.
