My gmc has been having a problem with stalling on idle. It happens especially in the morning when im idling at a red light. The rpms seems to jump around on 0. When it stalls, just the battery sign is on. I restart the truck and its good to go again. It doesnt have trouble while driving at all. I was told it could be the idle selenoid or idle air control valve. The throttle body was cleaned not too long ago. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
Well I would start by doing my video cleaning. Make your car run better with a little spray cleaner. It's on YouTube. Then I would also make sure the air and fuel filter are clean. I would check the spark plugs to see if they worn out and then I would look for vacuum leaks. If that didn't do it. Those are the most common things. Pray it's not an electronic failure because unless a trouble code trips up, those are extremely hard depend out
