2002 Honda CR-V lazy cranking

215k miles. Free car. Cranks once or twice very slow but won’t start. New battery. All the lights are bright. Terminals are tight. Mechanic checked the fuel pressure when this happened before and everything checked out. Tried jump starting it. It might crank 2 or 3 times at most but then doesn’t crank at all. This has happened multiple times but when I get it started it stops doing it for a week. Then it won’t start randomly. Help. Burned out starter?

Take the starter with you to an auto parts store and have it tested.  If it's shot, get a new one.  If not, check all wiring and grounds on the starting circuit, including the ignition switch.
