I have a 2002 Lexus es300 with 147,000 miles and recently I was involved in a accident where I hit the person in front of me on my left headlight area and now I'm smelling nail polish coming from the inside of the vehicle. What could it be? Can send pics if it helps

You should lift the hood and take a look. You probably busted a coolant or A/C line.
I dont see any obvious ac lines and Im gonna replace my radiator anyways. Already had the parts before I wrecked it
The A/C lines and a condenser core are in FRONT of the main radiator, so they would get damaged first.
Check to see if your AC system has a leak.
Funny. I was able to drive it home right after. It only hit on the left headlight area. Went to miss a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road driving on snowy roads and smacked him on the left side. Middle of bumper is fine but again pics would help explaining what I'm trying to say
