I have a 2002 Tacoma with 119,000 miles. I have the 2.7 L with a Manual transmission. I went to go get my engine codes checked and I was presented with p0300, p0440, p0441, p0446. Since, I live in Indiana I am not too concerned regarding the emissions codes but the random misfire concerns me. The truck runs great, but has a slight vibration during idle, which I assume is the misfire. In December, I changed the spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body and MAF. Could my issue be that the IAC valve needs cleaned? Any further guidance would be great.

it could be the IAC. It should be easy to access so try cleaning it up.
