I seen a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 automatic at a dodge dealer with 27,004 miles The cars fax states “A Not Actual Mileage Title was issued for this vehicle in error and later corrected” what does that mean and should I still buy it or pass?
That usually indicates a clerical error on the mileage. Someone entered it in wrong at the tax office and it was corrected to reflect the proper mileage.

Can you post the Carfax here?
Look at the history and mileage reported. It increases consistently with no big jumps. I don't suspect any funny business with the odometer.
What is the VIN number of the vehicle and can you post the listing/carfax?
