Scotty,
I have a 2002 Toyota Corolla four-cylinder with 281,000 miles I’ve trouble shot cylinder 2 and determine it’s not the coil pack, the spark plug, or the injector. upon further inspection. There is no injector pulse to cylinder two, my knowledge of troubleshooting cylinder two stops at the wire not sure how to proceed. Any help you could provide would be great.

Trace out the wiring (obtain a wiring diagram) and do some basic electrical troubleshooting to see where the pulse to the injector stops.

An electrical schematic will be absolutely crucial to troubleshooting this further. See if you can find one on charm.li
My next step would probing for the injector pulse on the ECM.
