Power window problems

Hello, I have a 02 toyota highlander with 222k miles on it. The driver window rolls up and down fine but the passenger and rear passenger windows will go down but have a hard time going back up, and the back left side does not go up or down at all. Sometimes I have to wait 5mins or so for it to let me bring it up another 2 inches until I finally have the windows all the way back up but what's the solution? I thought maybe it was the window master switch so I bought one from a junkyard but it still does the same thing pretty much. I don't believe all 3 motors went bad at the same time but when I use the master switch or the switch located on the individual door I can hear a little relay clicking for the specific door but the window barely moving or sometimes not moving at all

After 22 years you can bet that the lubricant in the window regulators has hardened and the switch contacts (or relays if used) are burned up. Wires going into the door may be damaged where they flex for the window that doesn't work at all. You need to do basic electrical troubleshooting to find the faults.
