I'm looking at a 2002 Toyota Tundra Access Cab V8 with 106k miles for $6000. Owner says rust under the frame, but should I buy this if I check out the frame, check spark plugs and run a scan? In comparison, we are also considering a 2007 Tundra with 180,000 miles for $9000.
What's some good advice?

If the frame is rusted I would not buy it. I've had customers with that year. Have it and frame just rods away
