2003 Accord Coupe V6 - Auto Transmission

I've had several irregularities in which my car powers off randomly over the past couple of months

First Instance: One day I put my key in the ignition and non of the dash panels lit up. I turn my key to start the car, and still no dash lights, or power being sent to the starter, etc. (it was as if my car didn't recognize my key).

Second Instance: Was driving on the highway approx 50mph, and needed to come to a quick stop due to traffic up ahead. As I am breaking, and just several seconds away from a full stop, all the dash panels on my car light up. It felt like the power to engine shut off, and then I felt a sudden jolt, and felt like the power to my engine was restored. The lights on the dash also return to normal. This all happened within a few seconds, as I came to a halt on the highway.

Third Instance: I have my foot on the brake as I approach my parking spot. As I am slowing down to a stop, all the lights on my dash panel come on, and my engine shuts off. With the dash lights on and engine shut, I removed my car key. Afterword's, same as my 'First Instance', my car seams like it didn't recognize my car key. Non of the dash panels would light up. After about 3-4 attempts, I decided to open my driver door, and then close it. NOW the car recognized my key and the car powered up, along with its engine.

After 3 instances, I decided to replace my ignition switch.

Fourth Instance: Exactly as my 'Third Instance', ruling out the ignition switch as being the culprit.

Any thoughts or ideas as to the root issue, or what I should do next.
Thanks in advance

Check those 20-year-old grounds, especially the one between the engine block and chassis.
