Looking at a 2011 Honda Ridgeline with 223,356 miles and the 3.5 VTEC engine. Engine fires right up, no clouds come out the exhaust, a/c is cold and do not see any leaking fluids. I do not see any rust on the wheel wells, rocker panels or bottom of the doors. Looking underneath I see light surface rust on the frame and other components, but nothing out of the norm. Seats look good, no rips or tears. The headliner is falling so that needs replacement.
What transmission make would this vehicle have and is it a good one or should we skip this vehicle?
Anything I should specifically look at and/or have checked out?

Seems okay to me. Have a trusted mechanic check it out. How much are you looking to spend? Also, you forgot your mileage when you were describing the vehicle.
