Sport Coupe Automatic Engine 4-Cyl, VTEC, 2.0 Liter
120,000 miles just replaced the cat and sensor and new struts all round. Now we can here a ticking noise that sounds like it's coming from the bottom of the engine possibly. Exhaust leak or thrown rod?

If it is tapping, it could be a rod.
I would take it to a mechanic and have them check it out with a borescope to see if they can see anything damaged.
